Ø Laugh & fun, do not be gloomy.
Ø Let bygones be bygones. Dwelling on the past inflicts unnecessary stress.
Ø Maintain Healthy weight, eat less fatty foods
Ø Keep learning, reading & socializing - an alert & active mind keeps brain cells healthy.
Ø Keep working, doing something you like. Do not retire; it slows down your body.
Ø Be the boss of your own life. Letting others push you around produces stress.
Ø Too many pills ruin your body, take just what you need.
Ø Exercise, quit smoking and maintain good hygiene.
Ø Never give way to any negative thoughts, just be as you are and try to be with the good company of jovial and smiling persons.
Ø Be calm, polite and patience with any situation and circumstances.
Ø Sleep atleast 6 hours a day. Early to bed and early to rise are the mantras for healthy way of life.
Ø Do not worry about health & death, just get on with your life and enjoy it.
